PREMIER Design + Build Group has promoted Alexis Graziosetta-Tobias to vice president for project development of its Northeast region.
In a news release, the firm said Tobias has been instrumental in achieving successful outcomes and growing its project portfolio in the market. She now takes on an expanded role in which she’ll focus on the overall growth of its Northeast team, helping to align project strategies with the company’s long-term goals while managing risk across all projects and working to drive growth.
Additionally, she will continue to strengthen business development efforts and enhance client relationships.
“Alexis has been an integral part of our team, demonstrating exceptional leadership, dedication and expertise in project development,” said Michael Pacini, president at PREMIER Design + Build Group. “Her promotion to vice president, project development, is well deserved, and I am confident that she will continue to drive success for our clients and our company.”
The firm, whose Northeast team is based in Woodbridge, said Tobias has two decades of expertise in adaptive reuse, commercial, industrial, interiors, health care, residential and hospitality. That includes experience with initial planning and approvals, design collaboration, subcontractor procurement and construction.
