An investment group has acquired a 100,000-square-foot office park in West Windsor for $5.2 million, in a deal announced Thursday by Commercial Property Network Inc.
The brokerage firm said the purchaser, identified as Onyx 3490 LLC, now plans to upgrade the property at 3490 Route 1. The complex, which sits on 11 acres, is 25 percent leased and includes several freestanding buildings ranging from 7,000 to 20,000 square feet.
Commercial Property Network Founder William Barish listed the Princeton Service Center complex and represented the seller.
“The marketing assignment actually began over 25 years ago, having worked with the ownership of this property and assisting with the sale of another similar property across the street, 29 Emmons Drive,” Barish said. “The general plan is to upgrade the buildings, site and provide suites renovated to suit the needs of prospective tenants, from 1,000 to over 20,000 (square feet).”
