Prism Capital Partners has named longtime team member Anne Castiglia as its chief financial officer, a move that coincides with a period of significant growth for the Nutley-based firm.
According to a news release, Castiglia started her career in public accounting before joining Prism in 2011. She has grown with the commercial real estate firm, most recently serving as senior vice president of finance, and has been instrumental in establishing its scalable financial infrastructure, aligning financial and project management platforms and navigating complex joint venture structures across the firm’s portfolio.
As CFO, she oversees all financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting and capital planning, the news release said. Castiglia also serves as a key partner to senior leadership, investors and capital partners on matters involving financing, strategy and the execution of the firm’s development and investment activities.
“I am excited to step into my new role at a pivotal time in Prism’s history,” she said. “This company’s entrepreneurial mindset and its focus on adaptability in an ever-changing industry truly set it apart. I look forward to building on Prism’s strong financial operations foundation to help position the company for its next phase of growth.”
The company, which is behind landmark projects such as the ON3 campus in Nutley and Clifton and Parkway Lofts in Bloomfield, added that Castiglia is known for her focus on systems and precision.
“It is always very gratifying to promote individuals from within our organization, and Anne’s advancement to CFO punctuates our goal to attract and help develop the best and brightest talent,” said Eugene Diaz, a principal partner with Prism. “This promotion is a testament to Anne’s hands-on leadership, professionalism and meaningful contributions to our firm.”
