PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
Gilbane has persevered through the COVID-19 pandemic instituting new comprehensive health and safety protocols and working to keep its projects moving through smart scheduling approaches, its strong subcontractor relations, and proactive supply chain management. For example, thanks to on-call contracts with cleaning contractors and in-place protocols to maintain health and safety, the schedule for Landmark Properties’ The Standard at New Brunswick met the target of August 2020 move-in date for the building, despite the pandemic.
