Provident Bank is proud to provide construction financing to Kokes Properties for The Mill at Riverside, a community of sophisticated and luxurious 2-bedroom townhomes and 1- and 2-bedroom apartments in Riverside, NJ. Kokes Properties received final site plan approval for The Mill at Riverside in June 2020. The site was once home to the William F. Taubel Hosiery Mill, a former garment factory that doubled as Riverside’s largest employer in the early 20th century. Prior to its demolition in 2006, the building served as a symbol of the town’s rich history in the textile business and the pivotal role it played in the early years of American industrialization. Years later, historical photographs of Taubel’s Mill guided the architectural design behind Kokes Properties’ redevelopment initiative. The community’s design pays homage to Taubel’s Mill by incorporating a variety of meaningful design elements into its architecture, interior design and even logo. The property includes 22 townhome rentals and 168 apartments for a total of 190 residences. The community also features a clubhouse, on-site parking, fitness center, package rooms and other luxury amenities. Kokes Properties offers residents an opportunity to enjoy high-quality housing and lifestyle options at affordable price points.
