Dollar Tree has leased nearly 12,000 square feet at a Route 46 retail center in Parsippany, in the largest of six newly announced transactions by R.J. Brunelli & Co. LLC.
Danielle Brunelli, a firm principal and its president, and Senior Sales Associate Pete Nicholson represented the chain in the deal at The Shoppes at Parsippany, a 54,700-square-foot property anchored by a Delight Big Bazaar farmer’s market. Darrin Hiban of Tri State Commercial Inc. represented the landlord in the 11,642-square-foot commitment, which is backfilling a space previously occupied by Retro Fitness.
Meantime, R.J. Brunelli Senior Sales Associate John Lenaz brokered leases by Envy Lash Studio and The Shape of You at The Promenade, an apartment and retail property at 545 Morris Ave. in Summit. The operators will occupy 1,202 and 1,257 square feet, respectively.
Danielle Brunelli also represented European Wax Center franchisees in new leases at Hillsborough Promenade, located at Route 206 and Falcon Road in Hillsborough, and at 731 Delsea Drive at the Collegetown Shopping Center in Glassboro. The new locations will span 1,984 and 1,672 square feet, respectively, and are both set to open later this year.
Shane Wierks of Jeffery Realty represented ownership in Hillsborough, while Valerie Pettine of Metro Commercial did so at Collegetown Shopping Center.
In Ocean County, R.J. Brunelli signed AT&T for a 3,726-square-foot endcap space at 1882 Hooper Ave. in Toms River. The brokerage team represents the developer, March Construction, in the new ground-up, 12,600-square-foot retail center in the township’s Silverton section.
Jack Kahn Realty represented AT&T. The carrier is expected to open the new store this summer, as is a recently signed Pizza Hut location at the property.
“As construction on the building moves forward, we currently have several prospects interested in the remaining 7,100 square feet of inline space,” said Mario Brunelli, a vice president and principal with R.J. Brunelli, who leads the assignment in Toms River.
