Furniture seller Raymour & Flanigan has acquired an 81,000-square-foot shopping center in Burlington County, in a transaction brokered by Colliers International.
The real estate firm said Starwood Capital and Goodman Properties sold the complex at 515 Route 73 in South Marlton section of Evesham. The Colliers team of Todd Sussman and Josh Goldfine brokered the sale of what’s known as Evesham Crossing Shopping Center.
Terms were not disclosed.
