A commercial real estate firm has renewed its 2,275-square-foot lease at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ flagship Glenpointe campus in Teaneck.
In a news release, Sanzari said Larrin Management LLC has been a tenant at the complex since 2014. The space at 300 Frank W. Burr Blvd. serves as its headquarters, offering a location at the crossroads of interstates 80 and 95, recently upgraded amenity spaces and on-site retail and hospitality offerings.
Richie Baumstein of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

Developed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, Glenpointe is home to 650,000 square feet of office space, three hotels and other facilities. The firm in recent years has added a dedicated management and leasing office and upgraded design fixtures and lighting throughout the complex, while revamping its spa and fitness center with new exercise equipment, new flooring and fully renovated locker rooms and facilities.
The campus also boasts technology improvements aimed at engaging tenants. Additionally, the landlord’s partnership with Better Spaces provides tenants with a community lounge known as The Pointe and other shared spaces accessible via a mobile app, along with a robust schedule of programming curated by a full-time, on-site community management staff.
