Realterm has secured a long-term lease for the site of a 58-door truck terminal in Woodbridge, brokers with The Blau & Berg Co. announced Tuesday.
The tenant, which was undisclosed, will occupy the facility at 821 St. Georges Ave. with the benefit of a fully paved, fenced and lit yard with a maintenance facility on the property. The 8.3-acre site also provides easy access to major transportation corridors, including the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 1 and the Garden State Parkway, the listing team said, making it an ideal logistics hub for distribution and supply chain operations.
Blau & Berg’s Jason M. Crimmins, Kenneth F. Crimmins, Alessandro Conte, Peter Murano and Rick Vanderbeck represented both Realterm, an Annapolis, Maryland-based firm specializing in high-flow logistics facilities and mission-critical transportation properties, and the tenant.
