RIPCO Real Estate has expanded to central New Jersey with the opening of a new office in Red Bank, a move aimed at supporting its ongoing growth in the region.
The firm, whose main New Jersey office is in Elmwood Park, said the space will serve as a hub for its brokerage and advisory teams throughout Monmouth County and points south. That includes leasing, investment sales, debt and structured finance and management services, as RIPCO looks to build on its recent activity across the region.
The location of the new office was not immediately available.
“Establishing a dedicated office in Red Bank allows us to better serve our clients while continuing to expand our footprint in markets we already serve,” said Mark Kaplan, the firm’s president. “Monmouth County and the Jersey Shore region continue to see strong retail growth and investment, and Red Bank has become one of the state’s most dynamic downtown destinations. By establishing a presence here, we’re positioning our team closer to our clients and opportunities across the region. As we grow our presence, we are also actively recruiting top talent in the market to support our continued expansion.”
According to a news release, RIPCO’s activity in the area includes leasing and sales assignments for Sprouts Farmers Market, Boot Barn, Restaurant Depot, Crunch Fitness and Texas Roadhouse in Toms River and for Paris Baguette in Red Bank and Toms River. The firm has also worked on deals in Brick for Take 5 Oil Change and in Eatontown for CubeSmart, CarMax, Circle Motorsports and Total Wine.
What’s more, the team has completed multiple investment sales of area properties, including TD Bank sites in Holmdel, Manahawkin and Spring Lake, as well as transactions in Red Bank. In Tinton Falls, RIPCO arranged the sale of a building that will become a new location for Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace.
