A private investor has sold a mixed-use, 23,000-square-foot property in Red Bank for more than $6 million, brokers with Marcus & Millichap announced Monday.
The property, 8 East Front St., was sold to another investor after being marketed by Marcus & Millichap’s Saddle Brook office. The so-called Kislin Building includes eight two-bedroom apartments and two one-bedroom apartments with high-end finishes, along with 7,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
The historic building was completely renovated in 2007, Marcus said.
Michael Lombardi and Charles Loccisano, investment specialists with Marcus & Millichap, represented both parties in the $6.325 million deal. The purchase also included a 6,000-square-foot lot across the street that will serve as parking for the retail tenants.
