The owner of three flex buildings in Monmouth County has refinanced for nearly $10 million, in a transaction arranged by G.S. Wilcox & Co.
In a news release, the mortgage banking firm said it secured the 10-year, $9.85 million loan through Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, a correspondent lender. The financing is tied to three buildings totaling 130,000 square feet, which are 100 percent leased, as part of the Allaire Corporate Campus off Route 34 in Wall.
G.S. Wilcox Principal David Fryer represented the borrower, a repeat client of the firm.
“We are pleased that we were able to secure the requested financing at such a highly competitive rate for our client,” Fryer said in a prepared statement. “We look forward to continuing this long and productive relationship.”
