REDCOM Design & Construction has kicked off the renovation of a Toyota dealership in Englewood Cliffs, with completion slated for later this year.
The Westfield-based firm is working on behalf of Parkway Toyota, which is located at 50 Sylvan Ave., in one of its latest auto dealership projects. With a projected fall completion date, REDCOM plans to renovate the customer waiting area, service drive and showroom of the existing dealership, employing roughly 30 subcontractors in the process.
The team joined local officials earlier this month to mark the start of the project.
“We are so excited that commerce is continuing to grow in Englewood Cliffs,” Mayor Mario M. Kranjac. “It’s the small business owners like REDCOM and Toyota dealers that make America what it is. We’re very supportive of that.”
Also on hand were Parkway Toyota General Manager Roger Ziontz and Russell Porrino, chairman of the borough’s planning board.
