REDCOM has named a new CEO as part of a larger plan to expand the Westfield-based design-build engineering, architecture and contracting firm.
The company said Ryan Teicher, who recently took over as chief executive, will drive its strategic direction and growth, working closely with the rest of its leadership team to develop new solutions that meet customer needs while building on the firm’s existing strengths. He will do so while overseeing daily business operations and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
“We are thrilled to welcome Ryan Teicher as our new CEO,” said Greg Redington, REDCOM’s president and owner. “Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to REDCOM with his strong background in construction, real estate and engineering management.”
The firm, which is entering its 41st year, is a key player in industrial and automotive design and construction, among other sectors.
“I am excited about the prospect of helping REDCOM look to the future as we continue to uphold our commitment to designing and constructing architecturally distinguished commercial, life science, educational and industrial buildings,” Teicher said.

The company also announced the addition of Joe Lane as account executive, noting that he joined its team in February with eight years of experience as a commercial real estate agent.
“We work closely with clients throughout the preconstruction and construction phases of a project,” said Sam Rockaway, REDCOM’s vice president of sales. “The expansion will give each account executive more time to focus on complex design-build projects, quarterbacking our in-house estimators, engineers, architects and project managers to produce the best finished result possible for clients.”
