A developer is bringing more than 170,000 square feet of new industrial space to Camden County, in a project that’s now being marketed by Colliers International.
Brokers with the firm are representing Alliance | HSP in the redevelopment at 175 DeRousse Ave. in Pennsauken, a warehouse and manufacturing facility that is undergoing an extensive revitalization. According to the leasing team, the project will result in 174,074 square feet of new, divisible industrial space by March 2021.
Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of Colliers’ Mount Laurel office are leading the assignment.
“With Center City Philadelphia accessible in mere minutes and major highways including I-95, Route 130, Route 73, I-295 and Exit 4 of the New Jersey Turnpike at its doorstep, 175 Derousse Avenue makes for an ideal last mile location from which to serve the Philadelphia metropolitan region,” said Isdaner, a senior managing director with the firm. “Alliance, well regarded for their redevelopment expertise, will produce an exciting and flexible new offering for an ever-tightening field.”
