The owner of a newly renovated, 138,000-square-foot office building in Piscataway has retained CBRE as the property’s leasing agent.
The real estate services firm said the landlord, Greenway Properties, recently completed $3 million in upgrades at 371 Hoes Lane. Brokers are now marketing up to 50,000 square feet and the potential for signage at the three-story complex.
“Greenway Properties has made a significant investment in fully upgrading 371 Hoes Lane, making the property one of the best Class A office buildings in Piscataway,” said Ronald Volk of CBRE, who is spearheading the leasing team alongside Peter Shikar and Erin Wenzler. “We look forward to working closely with our client and the brokerage community to find the ideal tenant for this unique opportunity.”
Greenway acquired the property in 2018 and has since completed upgrades such as a renovation of the three-story lobby and atrium with new glass entrances and reception desk, a repaved parking lot and extensive landscaping, CBRE said. The owner has also added an on-site café operated by Cosi and a modern fitness center with men’s and women’s locker rooms.
Built in 1989, the property sits on Route 18 in the heart of Piscataway and is minutes from other area highways. CBRE also noted that ownership is now enacting new cleaning protocols in response to COVID-19 and new tenant amenity programs.
