Two brokers with Resource Realty are among the newest members of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors’ New Jersey chapter.
The firm announced that Greg Sabato and Brian Wilson, both brokers in the firm’s northern New Jersey office in Parsippany, have achieved the designation with the prestigious industry association. Both have been with Resource Realty since 2007, with a focus on helping landlords and tenants in the industrial and office sectors.
“The effort required to receive the SIOR designation is well worth the benefits of becoming a part of this group of highly motivated, ethical and experienced colleagues,” Sabato said.
Sabato, a senior vice president, has more than 20 years of industry experience and has earned broker awards from landlords such as J.G. Petrucci & Co. and Tulfra Real Estate, according to a news release. Wilson, a vice president, began his real estate career in 2005.
“Having the prestigious SIOR designation and access to some of the world’s brightest real estate professionals will allow me to better serve my national clients here in New Jersey, as well as outside of the area,” Wilson said.
Sabato and Wilson are among the latest Resource Realty brokers to reach the milestone.
“Becoming an SIOR is an important milestone for a career professional in commercial real estate,” said Tom Consiglio, managing principal in the northern New Jersey office. “We’re proud that 50 percent of our brokers have taken the considerable time required to achieve this designation and believe it demonstrates our desire to continually advance our knowledge, skills and relationships for the benefit of our clients.”
