A security services company is taking 2,200 square feet of office space in Hasbrouck Heights, under a newly completed transaction with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
The tenant, Security Services USA Inc., will use its new location at 777 Terrace Ave. to serve its clients within Bergen County, according to a news release. The building known as Heights Plaza provides it with direct access to Interstate 80 and Route 17, along with proximity to the region’s other major highways.
“With an ideal location and proximity to major transportation arteries, Heights Plaza is an attractive destination for a range of businesses hoping to tap into the New York City metro area market,” said Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “In addition to a superior location, our superior hands-on property management and unmatched commitment to tenant services provides a space that meets the unique needs of companies like Securitas to ensure they can focus on their business, not on their real estate.”
Spanning 200,000 square feet, the six-story Heights Plaza has amenities and features such as covered parking, an on-site cafeteria with indoor seating and an on-site building engineer and day porter, Sanzari said.
