A private investor has acquired a nearly 82,000-square-foot industrial complex in Ridgefield, in a $9 million sale brokered by Marcus & Millichap.
The brokerage firm said it represented an unnamed LLC in the sale of 730 Grand Ave., a property that was renovated about four years ago. The building is 93 percent occupied.
Marcus & Millichap Investment Specialist Steve Lim marketed the property on behalf of the seller and also procured the buyer.
Brian C. Hosey, regional manager of the firm’s New Jersey office, touted the building’s proximity to Route 46 and interstates 95 and 80.
