Olshan Properties, the owner of a prominent retail property in Paramus, has tapped Ripco Real Estate to market 48,000 square feet at the site.
According to Ripco’s Curtis Nassau and Matt Grundy, which will serve as the agents at Route 17 North at 34 East Ridgewood Ave., the available space occupies the ground floor of The Atrium at Fashion Center property. They noted that the site offers parking and pylon signage visible to 137,000 cars a day on Route 17.
“The Atrium at The Fashion Center is arguably one of the best retail sites in the state,” said Nassau, an executive vice president at Ripco.
Tenants at The Fashion Center include Best Buy, TJ Maxx, BuyBuy Baby and Amazon Fresh, which is currently under construction, according to a news release. The site is also close to operators such as HomeGoods, Crate and Barrel, Marshalls, Hobby Lobby, Panera and Shake Shack.
“This new-to-market opportunity offers great accessibility to the Paramus community, and we are looking forward to securing one or multiple national tenants to backfill this space,” Grundy said.
