A personal trust has sold a nearly 17,000-square-foot strip mall along East Brunswick’s busy Route 18 corridor, according to a brokerage team with Marcus & Millichap.
The asset, located at 393 Route 18, changed hands for $4 million in the sale arranged by investment specialists Alan Cafiero and Brent Hyldahl. The duo represented both parties in the trade of the 16,993-square-foot property, which has long-term tenants in place with triple-net leases, sitting on 1.8 acres near the intersection of 6th Street.
“The property sold at full asking price,” the brokerage team said in a prepared statement. “With solid tenants and 66,000 cars passing this location daily, we received a high level of local and regional investor interest.”
