ON THE HORIZON
In recent years, an increasing emphasis has been placed on achieving carbon neutrality, or net zero emissions for all building types. As MEP and Low Voltage engineers, we provide tailored recommendations regarding infrastructure and system design to help inform ways for our clients to achieve these goals. Rock Brook’s portfolio of projects, which are intending to achieve sustainable operating procedures, continues to grow at a rapid pace. In the past year, we have provided professional engineering services for the development of a major multiuse complex in northern NJ that will include workplace, retail and residential components with a goal of net zero in mind. Our close engagement and collaboration with the project’s sustainability team has been critical for success. Having designed this project and many comparable ones has increasingly strengthened our position among consulting engineers providing these types of specialized services.
