Accounting and advisory firm EisnerAmper has become the newest corporate sponsor of the nearly decade-old Rutgers University Center for Real Estate.
The program on Tuesday said the partnership will allow EisnerAmper, a member of its advisory board since 2016, to further its support of students in the commercial real estate field, participate in the mentoring process and aid in the creation of the courses taught to students to best prepare them for employment. The firm will also be able to hire students in the real estate program as interns, giving them actual work experience.
“EisnerAmper is a firm focused on hiring Rutgers students and helping to ensure that students studying real estate are prepared to join the workforce,” said Morris A. Davis, Paul V. Profeta chair of real estate and academic director for the Rutgers Center for Real Estate. “Partnering with a dedicated firm whose mission includes the highest ethical standards will benefit the students interacting with their professionals.”
Rutgers noted that EisnerAmper provides clients with comprehensive audit, accounting and tax, advisory and outsourcing services. Those clients span sophisticated financial institutions, startups, global public firms, middle-market companies, governmental entities, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, nonprofit organizations and entrepreneurial ventures across various industries, including real estate, technology and life sciences, manufacturing and distribution, health care and insurance, among various others.
