A beauty products company has leased nearly 14,000 square feet at a Rockaway industrial building, according to property owner Saddleback Real Estate Developers.
The industrial landlord announced the 13,975-square-foot deal at 385 Franklin Ave. to EVE PEARLE Beauty Brands. It touted the property’s location off Route 46 and easy access to Route 10 and Interstate 80.
Ofir Oved represented the tenant.
“We are pleased to have Great Faces as a tenant in our current portfolio and we are looking forward to a long-term relationship with them,” said Terry Frassetto, Saddleback’s president.
Saddleback owners Salvatore and Terry Frassetto own and manage more than 20 industrial properties in the area and continue to build their base of both large and small properties.
“Saddleback is uniquely positioned to expand our presence in the (New Jersey industrial market), affording us a significant portfolio,” said Salvatore Frassetto, the Fairfield-based firm’s chairman.
