A distribution firm has leased 19,650 square feet at a Fairfield industrial building, landlord Saddleback Real Estate Developers announced recently.
The firm, Common Cents Distributors LLC, is the newest tenant at 35-51 Kulick Road, with a location that sits off Route 46 and offers proximity to interstates 80 and 280. Scott Geller of The Blau & Berg Co. brokered the lease.
“Saddleback’s strength lies in our strong portfolio of properties in Fairfield and throughout northeastern New Jersey,” said Saddleback President Terry Frassetto, whose firm recently moved to a new headquarters down the street at 23 Kulick Road.
In addition to moving its offices, Saddleback has recently added to its portfolio of industrial properties in and around Fairfield.
“We bring large and small distressed properties up to today’s standards,” said Sal Frassetto, Chairman of Saddleback. “We are uniquely positioned to offer an almost immediate closing date.”
