A regional fitness chain is set to open its seventh club location in the state, following an 8,000-square-foot lease in Irvington arranged by Zoltek Realty.
The brokerage said it represented both the operator, NJ Fitness, and the landlord in the deal at 1015 Springfield Ave. The new location occupies the second floor of a building above a Rite Aid pharmacy, overlooking the busy downtown shopping district and sitting two blocks from the Irvington bus terminal and the Garden State Parkway.
Susan Preisler handled the transaction for Rutherford-based Zoltek Realty.
All NJ Fintess locations offer free weight, cardio and weight training equipment, along with locker rooms with showers and full juice bars.
