A developer is doubling down on the Fairfield industrial market, announcing plans to move its headquarters there amid a growing effort to build its portfolio in the area.
Saddleback Real Estate Developers said it will move its corporate offices this month from Rochelle Park to 23 Kulick Road in Fairfield. The firm, led by Salvatore and Terry Frassetto, has continued to add to its holdings in and around the township.
“The move to Fairfield just makes a lot of sense for us at this juncture,” said Terry Frassetto, Saddleback’s president. “We are an industrial property leader in the Fairfield market, as we own ten properties here, and we will continue to acquire more.”
Frassetto said the firm planned to complete a total renovation of a 4,000-square-foot office within the Kulick Road property. The new office, along with Saddleback’s other Fairfield properties, sits off Route 46 with easy access to interstates 80, 280 and 287, plus routes 3 and 23.
Saddleback, whose principals have more than 80 years of combined experience in the industry, owns and manages 20 industrial properties and has developed more than 20 million square feet of real estate. The firm also specializes in revitalizing and repositioning distressed properties.
