Two end users have purchased a nearly 16,000-square-foot industrial building in Burlington County, in one of three recent industrial deals by Vantage Commercial.
The buyers, Egress Solutions and Cabinet Tree Design Services, paid an undisclosed sum for the property at 1501 Industrial Highway in Cinnaminson. Vantage Commercial’s Corinne Giletto, Mike Gries, Ken Richardson and Vince Ceroli represented both the seller, A to Z General Contractors and Builders, and the purchasers in the off-market deal near Route 130.
The team also brokered the sale of 199 Carriage Lane in Delran, which held an impound lot license and a variance for storage. Caner Transportation, which will occupy the lot, paid an undisclosed price for the property.
Also in Cinnaminson, Giletto and Gries inked a lease at 1305 Industrial Highway. Vantage Commercial noted that the property, previously used by an after-market car parts company, was a natural fit for Pride Motor Sports and Midnight Motors, two companies specializing in high-end and custom vehicle creations.
The brokerage team announced the deals last week, touting the three properties’ location in the busy industrial submarket around Delran and Cinnaminson. Each has easy access to the Ben Franklin, Betsy Ross and Walt Whitman bridges as well as interstates 95 and 295.
