Sheldon Gross Realty has added to its team with the hiring of a new corporate sales representative, the West Orange-based brokerage and management firm said.
In the new role, Richard Frankman will be directly involved in negotiations, statistical analysis and market research, Sheldon Gross said. The Bayville resident has significant experience in property management and maintenance, having managed and owned multiple buildings.
Frankman also has operated an auto body business, Sheldon Gross said in a news release, touting his skills in business and construction management.
“For several decades, Rick has successfully acquired and developed properties,” said Sheldon Gross, the firm’s CEO and president. “This background will be tremendously beneficial to our clients, particularly when they face challenges that require the talents of a seasoned professional. We’re fortunate to have him on our team.”
Frankman sits on the boards of the Lakewood Fire Department and the Alcoholism & Drug Abuse Council of Ocean County.
