Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has added to its senior executive team with a new director of property management.
The Hackensack-based firm announced last week that it has hired Jeffrey Fuller, who brings nearly 30 years of property management experience. In the new role, he will oversee day-to-day management of a portfolio that totals more than 6 million square feet, while managing relations with Sanzari’s more than 200 tenants.
He will lead an internal team of property managers and technicians focused on maintaining high occupancy and retention rates, according to a news release. He will also implement current real estate technologies and processes to increase efficiency and flexibility within the team.
“We have long recognized the tremendous value that our company derives from making consistent strategic investments in our property management services,” said Ryan Sanzari, the firm’s chief operating officer. “Most importantly of these investments is in our staff who we consider to be some of the best property managers in the business.
“We are excited to welcome Jeffrey to our team as we know that his experience will allow our team to continue to build upon almost 75 years of superior tenant service and help Alfred Sanzari Enterprises continue to create spaces that our tenants are proud to call home.”
Fuller previously served as director of property management for Onyx Equities LLC, managing more than 8 million square feet of commercial, industrial and retail portfolios across New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, the news release said. He has also worked in property management for Samson Management, Lincoln Property Co., ECA Services and JFK Health System.
In his new role, Fuller will also work closely with Sanzari’s internal construction team to oversee tenant improvements and repairs, along with larger capital improvement plans to help the company’s buildings remain competitive.
“As someone who has been in the industry for a quite some time, I have long held Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in the highest regard,” Fuller said. “Their longevity is no accident as they have consistently focused on creating spaces geared towards the tenants of both today and the future.
“I am looking forward to building upon this legacy and ensuring their property management team remains a crucial piece of their ongoing success.”
