Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has promoted a member of its property management team, expanding her role in overseeing its 2 million-square-foot commercial holdings.
The real estate firm announced Wednesday that it has elevated Erin Henry to commercial property manager. In the new role, she will manage more than 200 tenants across Sanzari’s portfolio of office and industrial buildings, including its 335,000-square-foot Court Plaza office complex in Hackensack and 200,000-square-foot Heights Plaza office building in Hasbrouck Heights.
Henry will work closely with Jeffrey Fuller, the company’s director of property management.
“Our property management services lie at the heart of our firm’s remarkable success over the past 75 years,” Fuller said. “Through responsive, hands-on tenant service, we have been able to ensure high occupancy across our portfolio and attract many of the region’s most reputable companies to our buildings. I applaud Erin on this much-deserved promotion, and I know her track record of exemplary tenant service will allow us to continue to build upon this legacy.”
Sanzari noted that Henry, who joined the firm in 2009, has quickly risen through the ranks. She most recently was an operations coordinator and industrial property manager. In addition to overseeing day-to-day maintenance and ongoing tenant needs, she will work with the firm’s internal construction team to manage tenant improvements and repairs as well as execute larger capital improvement plans to ensure that its properties continue to stand out in a competitive marketplace.
