Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has signed a lease renewal with Bertone Piccini LLP, a longtime tenant at its Heights Plaza property at the junction of Route 17 and Interstate 80.
According to a news release, the boutique law firm occupies 11,850 square feet at the six-story, 200,000-square-foot property in Hasbrouck Heights. That space is now home to its 14 attorneys in practice areas including commercial real estate, commercial transactions, health care, litigation, estate planning and family law, among others.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing, represented the firm in-house in the deal at 777 Terrace Ave. Rob Norton of CBRE represented Bertone Piccini, a women-owned firm.
“Our diligent approach to client service has been a driving force in all the success our firm has seen since its inception,” said Jeremy Piccini, a partner at Bertone Piccini. “We are excited to continue to leverage our space at Heights Plaza to grow our practice as we’ve done for over a decade. We thank David Sanzari, Ryan Sanzari and Steve Jennings in particular for providing the excellent office platform for our growth over the last 13 years and now into the future and for their strong efforts to make our office layout plan work best for us.”
The law firm has been a tenant at Heights Plaza since 2013, Sanzari said, touting the building’s highway access and amenities such as abundant covered parking, a full-service cafeteria with indoor seating and an on-site building engineer and day porter. The building has also recently undergone significant improvements to its common areas and restrooms.
“The relationships we’ve built with our tenants have been paramount to our success amidst the challenges faced by the office market over the last several years,” Jennings said. “We are thrilled to continue our work with Bertone Piccini LLP and we look forward to helping them achieve further growth in the years ahead.”
