Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has signed two lease renewals for a combined 4,046 square feet at its three-building, 670,000-square-foot Glenpointe campus in Teaneck.
In the larger deal, Agam Capital Management recommitted to 3,413 square feet of office space at Glenpointe Centre West. Meantime, Moroch Partners Inc. renewed for 633 square feet at what’s known as The Atrium at Glenpointe.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Jerry Barta, its director and vice president of leasing and marketing, and Carolina Gutierrez, its leasing and marketing manager, represented ownership in the deals, one of several recent transactions at the property at 300, 400 and 500 Frank W. Burr Blvd.
“Glenpointe’s reputation as northern New Jersey’s premier corporate campus has been built upon our commitment to proactive management and capital improvements that have ensured we continue to see long-term tenancy and high retention rates,” Barta said. “Both of these renewals highlight the unwavering appeal of the Glenpointe campus and showcase our consistent ability to support our tenants’ needs to help achieve their growth goals.”
Agam Capital Management has been a Glenpointe tenant since its founding in 2016, according to a news release. The firm is a strategic insurance solutions provider founded by Avi Katz and Chak Raghunathan, former senior executives at Apollo and Aflac with deep backgrounds in insurance, investments and risk management.
“From day one, Glenpointe has provided our team with the foundation we needed to ensure the success of our business,” said Andrew Katz, Agam Capital’s chief financial officer. “We are excited to begin our next chapter at Glenpointe as we continue our firm’s growth over the years to come.”
Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Moroch Partners is an independent marketing agency focused on multi-unit and franchise marketing with 10 locations across the U.S., the news release said. The company signed its first lease at Glenpointe in 2012 as part of an expansion in the New York City metropolitan area.
“We quickly realized that Glenpointe’s hands-on property management team, the adaptability of the space and the amenity offerings made it the ideal place to establish another local office to tap into the NYC market,” said Cathy Perkins, director of office services at Moroch Partners. “Years later, Glenpointe continues to exceed our expectations and we are excited to continue to build our relationship with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.”
