A former automotive repair building in Oradell is set to become the new home of an urgent care center, following a sale arranged by The Goldstein Group.
Brokers with the firm represented the seller of the property, 285 Kinderkamack Road, in the transaction with D&A Healthcare. The new owner plans to renovate the 2,020-square-foot building to make way for what will be a Town Doctors Urgent Care Center.
The Goldstein Group President Chuck Lanyard Director Chris Conway completed the assignment on behalf of L.B. Holdings, while Katerina Aghubi of Metropolitan Realty and Development Group represented the buyer.
“Urgent Care operations have been a fast-growing business in the retail commercial industry and have been steadily acquiring retail locations for the last few years as they continue to expand their presence in local communities,” Lanyard said.
