Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has signed a 1,614-square-foot lease expansion with the Center for Developmental Psychiatry at The Atrium at Glenpointe in Teaneck.
Located at 400 Frank W. Burr Blvd., The Atrium is part of Sanzari’s flagship 670,000-square-foot Glenpointe office campus. The 80,000-square-foot space is now 98 percent leased after the center’s recent transaction.
“The combination of Class A office space, a comprehensive amenity package and easy access to the New York City metropolitan area makes Glenpointe an exceptional place for businesses of all types,” said Jerry Barta, Sanzari’s director and vice president of leasing and marketing.
Barta represented ownership, while Jan Lewis of Cole Schotz PC provided legal counsel. The landlord noted that The Atrium, located in the heart of the Glenpointe campus, gives tenants access to a work-play-stay experience including the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Fitness Center, an on-site community lounge and other amenities.
Founded by Dr. Jason Dean, the Center for Developmental Psychiatry provides integrated psychotherapy aimed at helping children, teenagers and adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD and behavioral issues, according to a news release. Since moving to Glenpointe in 2019, increased demand for its services necessitated an expansion of its office space.
“We chose to stay at Glenpointe simply because we trust the Alfred Sanzari Enterprises property management team, who is always responsive and helpful,” Dean said. “The construction of our first space was seamless throughout the entire process, and we are confident that The Atrium at Glenpointe will create the highest-quality experience for our employees and patients alike in the years to come.”
