Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has secured another office tenant at its Glenpointe campus in Teaneck, where a global telecommunications firm has leased nearly 13,000 square feet.
In a news release, Sanzari said Locus Telecommunications has taken space at the complex’s west building alongside a growing list of occupiers at the flagship business complex. Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson represented ownership in the 12,616-square-foot deal, while C Land Realty’s Andrew Suh represented the tenant.
“In today’s competitive professional environment, companies are focused on acquiring and retaining top talent,” said Carolina Gutierrez, leasing and marketing manager for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “An elevated office experience like the one found at Glenpointe can play a large role in creating and maintaining the environment that today’s employees crave. We’re thrilled to welcome Locus Telecommunications to Glenpointe and are excited to help play a role in their continued success.”
Sitting at the nexus of interstates 80 and 95, Glenpointe has some 670,000 square feet of office space, 700 hotel rooms and a host of casual and fine dining options. Sanzari noted that the deal with Locus Telecommunications, which provides long-distance, wireless, point-of-sale and carrier services, is among more than 150,000 square feet of leasing activity at the property since the start of 2022.
Other recent additions include Leica Camera, Sunovion and UVeye, Sanzari said, citing campus amenities such as Marketplace, An Urban Eatery at Glenpointe, along with the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Fitness Center and The Green, a 22,000-square-foot multipurpose outdoor space.
