Larken Associates has announced a new addition to Raider Realty, its in-house commercial brokerage division, tapping a longtime member of its residential team for the post.
Susan Livingstone-Martinetti, now a commercial leasing agent, has spent 23 years with the Branchburg-based firm. She will work closely in her new role with Raider Realty’s executive vice presidents, Rob Marek and Victor Kelly, to oversee leasing across a nearly 4 million-square-foot commercial portfolio that includes properties such as Gateway Building, Larken Mini Office Warehouse and The Offices at Fairless Hills Towne Center, among others.
“Susan’s track record speaks for itself,” Marek said. “She’s an award-winning leasing agent with over 20 years’ experience operating in a highly competitive residential marketplace. Given her ability to find significant success in such a tight market, I expect her to quickly become a vital part of our commercial leasing team.”
In announcing the new post, Larken cited Livingstone-Martinetti’s success at multifamily properties such as the 198-unit Autumn Ridge in Lopatcong and the firm’s 191-unit Hillsborough Village Center along Route 206. Her purview on the commercial side of the business will now also include The Offices at Woods Tavern, Suite Life at Amwell Mall, Suite Life at Amwell Commons and Suite Life at Branchburg Commons.
