Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has named JLL as its leasing agent at a four-story, 68,000-square-foot office building in Elmwood Park.
Known as Elmwood Park Plaza, the property at 475 Market St. is minutes from Interstate 80, the Garden State Parkway and Route 46. A leasing team led by JLL Managing Director Tom Reilly, Executive Vice President Larry Martin and Senior Vice President Brendan McBride are now marketing that location along with the building’s access to public transit and zoning for both office and medical uses.

JLL noted that Elmwood Park Plaza, which is within walking distance of retail and dining options, has spaces available ranging from 6,000 to 68,000 square feet.
