Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has named RIPCO Real Estate as its leasing broker for a 100,000-square-foot, grocery-anchored shopping center in Hackensack.
According to a news release, RIPCO Executive Vice President Curtis Nassau and Senior Associate Patrick Brake will lead the assignment at 370 West Pleasantview Ave. That includes marketing three available spaces at what’s known as Summit Plaza, which sits at the busy intersection of Route 17, Summit Avenue and West Pleasantview Avenue and minutes from other major highways, making it accessible to the more than 610,000 residents within five miles.
Stop & Shop is the property’s anchor.
“RIPCO Real Estate has demonstrated an impressive track record of leasing success throughout the region for over three decades,” said Carolina Gutierrez, a leasing and marketing manager with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “We are excited to work with their team to deepen our diverse roster of in-demand tenants at Summit Plaza.”
