A new law firm is coming to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Court Plaza in Hackensack after leasing more than 3,900 square feet at the three-building, 335,000-square-foot complex.
The occupier, Trenk Isabel Siddiqi & Shahdanian PC, will occupy space at Court Plaza South at 21 Main St., according to a news release. The 3,913-square-foot office will house a practice that includes bankruptcy and corporate restructuring, commercial litigation, environmental law, government representation, labor and employment law, health and pharmacy law and land use and redevelopment.
NAI James E. Hanson’s Andrew Somple, Jessica Curry and Jonathan Kristofich represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in the deal. Cushman & Wakefield’s Courtney Rosenkrantz and Ray Trevisan represented Trenk Isabel Siddiqi & Shahdanian, which also has offices in Livingston and New York City.

Trenk Isabel is now among the many law firms at Court Plaza, which sits across from the Bergen County Courthouse. Tenants are minutes from Interstate 80, routes 4, 17 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway. They’re also within walking distance of downtown Hackensack’s diverse array of dining and retail offerings as well as Hackensack University Medical Center.
