Accounting, tax and business advisory firm Sax LLP has announced the hiring of a new chief marketing officer and head of business development.
The new hire, Leon Grassi, joins the Parsippany-based practice with nearly 20 years of experience in the marketing and business development field. He has worked in industries such as media, publishing, consumer electronics, information technology and accounting.
“We are thrilled to welcome Leon to our team to help us drive business development efforts and expand Sax’s overall marketing presence,” CEO and Managing Partner Joseph Damiano said. “With his extensive knowledge and experience in both industries, it is clear that he will be an asset to the Sax team and can excel our firm’s brand to the next level.”
According to the firm, Grassi has been recognized as a top marketing and communications professional. He also chairs the committee that runs the northern New Jersey golf outing for the American Cancer Society, where his team has raised more than $4.5 million for cancer research in the last 10 years.
