Toll Brothers Inc. has kicked off sales at new luxury housing developments in Monmouth and Morris counties, as it further expands its footprint in New Jersey.
The homebuilder announced last week that on-site construction is underway at Middletown Walk, located at 376 Kings Highway East in Middletown, where prices start in the upper $600,000s. Plans at the site call for three-level luxury townhomes spanning more 3,000 square feet, with floor plans ranging from three to four bedrooms and dwellings that include a private outdoor terrace.
Future on-site amenities include a high-end clubhouse, an outdoor pool, tennis courts and a tot lot, among others, the company said.
In Morris County, Toll is marketing what’s known as the Enclave at Chatham, a collection of 50 townhomes that are priced from $1.4 million, according to a news release. The company is set to renovate a historic clubhouse on the property, which sits at 351 Hillside Ave. in Chatham, creating a new amenity center that will have gathering spaces and outdoor walking paths.
Homes at the Enclave will include three or more bedrooms, the news release said. Construction is also underway at the property.
“We’ve experienced unprecedented interest in both Middletown Walk and Enclave at Chatham, and we are excited to add these new home communities to our offerings across the state,” said Craig Cherry, division president of Toll Brothers in New Jersey. “With floorplans designed for today’s buyers and unrivaled personalization options through our Design Studio experience, we continue to offer our residents the best in luxury living in the most desirable New Jersey neighborhoods.”
The homebuilding giant has opened sales offices at both the Middletown and Chatham properties.
