Saxum Real Estate has promoted Frank Caputo to project executive within the Summit-based firm’s development and construction team.
According to a news release, Caputo has completed multiple projects since joining the company in 2021 and currently has four cold storage warehouses under construction. He’s also spearheading the project management for two large industrial developments in Texas and Florida that will total more than 4 million square feet with over $500 million in market capitalization.
With more than 25 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industries, Caputo has been instrumental in guiding Saxum’s design and construction teams through the construction process from groundbreaking to completion, the news release said.
“Frank leads by example with strong dedication to his work and a calm, positive attitude,” said Kieran Flanagan, Saxum’s principal for development and construction. “He consistently goes above and beyond to support the team and brings innovative ideas to improve on our best practices, enabling us to continue to excel on all our future projects.”
