The owner of a nearly 13,000-square-foot truck terminal in Linden has tapped The Blau & Berg Co. as its leasing team for the facility, the brokers announced recently.
According to a news release, the space at 975 East Linden Ave. is part of a 1.6-acre site less than 10 miles from Port Newark-Elizabeth. The team has set the lease price at $59,500 triple-net, Blau & Berg said, noting that the cross-docked terminal has 30 doors and is just a half-mile from Route 1&9, two miles from the New Jersey Turnpike, 6.5 miles from Newark Liberty International Airport and less than 10 miles from Port Newark-Elizabeth.
Blau & Berg’s Jason Crimmins, Alessandro (Alex) Conte and Peter Murano are the leasing agents for the 12,500-square-foot facility.
