PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
The firm’s real estate group was successful in securing key land use approvals for the fourth-tallest building in New Jersey. It is a mixed-use, 68-story building consisting of 680 residential units as well as a restaurant that overlooks the New York City skyline. We are also working with a developer who will be constructing several million square feet of industrial space on a contaminated property (including a portion that is part of a Superfund site) in Hudson County, New Jersey. This is a complex project that requires interfacing with a multitude of private and public entities.
