Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Real Estate & Environmental Groups regularly represent regional and national developers and property owners in acquiring, remediating, developing, leasing and financing complex industrial, multifamily and infrastructure projects in the New Jersey and New York markets. We are proud partners on some of the largest and most complex projects in New Jersey, including 3 out of the 5 highest value ongoing redevelopment projects in the state. Our clients rely on the depth and breadth of our experience in managing transactions, land use approvals, environmental permitting and creative capitalization to move their projects from vision to fruition in a comprehensive and cost-effective manner.
Our existing clients, many of which we have served for decades, are familiar with our experience, expertise and proven ability to handle complex real estate projects. At Scarinci Hollenbeck, we pride ourselves and distinguish the group by integrating our various legal practices to provide a robust suite of realty asset-related services in the most comprehensive and efficient manner possible. We have garnered a reputation for working with our clients to help them achieve project approvals and completion on time and within budget.
The firm’s real estate group was successful in securing key land use approvals for the fourth-tallest building in New Jersey. It is a mixed-use, 68-story building consisting of 680 residential units as well as a restaurant that overlooks the New York City skyline. We are also working with a developer who will be constructing several million square feet of industrial space on a contaminated property (including a portion that is part of a Superfund site) in Hudson County, New Jersey. This is a complex project that requires interfacing with a multitude of private and public entities.
