Scarinci Hollenbeck has named a new leader in its commercial real estate group, in one of several recent leadership changes for the Lyndhurst-based practice.
The law firm announced recently that Stephanie D. Edelstein is now co-chair of its commercial real estate section. She joins Partner Donald M. Pepe in leading the real estate team, having joined Scarinci Hollenbeck in November 2018.
Edelstein, who holds the position of counsel, has more than a decade’s worth of experience in handling transactional real estate matters, according to a news release. She primarily focuses her practice on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial and multifamily properties, leasing matters and mortgage financing.
The move is effective Jan. 1, as are several other leadership changes for Scarinci Hollenbeck. The firm also announced that Counsel Jeffrey K. Cassin joins Partner Fred D. Zemel as co-chair of the firm’s corporate transactions and business law section, while Counsel Jeffrey R. Pittard has been named chair of the firm’s tax, trusts and estates section.
