A northern New Jersey restaurant is relocating to Nutley as part of a recently announced, 6,300-square-foot lease completed by Cushman & Wakefield.
The operator, Pag’s, is also expanding as part of the move to 227 Franklin Ave. The eatery and catering business is moving from the Paramus Golf Course, where it opened its doors in 2018, and is now taking over a space formerly occupied by a Kyoto Buffet Restaurant.
C&W’s David Townes represented the landlord, Bao Lung Realty Corp., while Roman Drukarov of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services NJ represented Pag’s.
“This lease came together within three weeks of our bringing the space to market,” Townes said in mid-December. “Pag’s quickly saw the benefit of this high-visibility, turn-key restaurant opportunity. The building is located on arguably the best block of Franklin Avenue — a high-traffic downtown thoroughfare that offers a vibrant mix of dining, retail and services.
“Pag’s will be a great addition for Nutley residents, visitors and employees of local businesses.”
