The owner of a seven-acre development site in Jackson has sold the property for $2.7 million, in a newly announced transaction by Marcus & Millichap.
Brokers with the firm represented an undisclosed LLC in the sale of Cooks Bridge Plaza, which sits at 680 Bennetts Mills Road about three miles from Interstate 195. In announcing the deal, the team noted that the property is located at a hard corner intersection across from Hackensack Meridian Health.
“Signalized intersections in New Jersey are very difficult to find for development,” said Marcus & Millichap’s Alan Cafiero, who represented the seller alongside Ben Sgambati and David Cafiero. “Considering this property has seven buildable acres at a signalized corner, there was significant interest and sold at asking price.”
