A maker of camera support products is consolidating two locations into a 7,700-square-foot space inside a Verona commercial building, Sheldon Gross Realty said Wednesday.
In a news release, the West Orange-based brokerage said it represented Sirui USA LLC in the lease at 29 Commerce Court. The tenant previously had an Essex County office, plus a distribution facility in central New Jersey.
Sheldon Gross Realty Vice President Eric Weston oversaw the assignment.
“SIRUI came to us seeking a location that would address multiple needs, and we were able to find it,” Weston said. “Now, instead of being separated in two parts of the state, its operation is in one location. This provides the company greater control over many aspects of its business.”
The Commerce Court location, which was previously used by a construction firm, will serve as the operational base for Sirui USA’s sales, warehousing and product distribution, the news release said. A separate warehouse on the property is being leased by an industrial tenant.
