The Saadia Group has purchased a 199,000-square-foot, multipurpose building at 235 Willow Brook Road on nearly 30 acres in Freehold.
Sheldon Gross Realty Vice President Jonathan Glick and Sales Representative Matt Leonelli represented the buyer, while CBRE represented the seller.
“This property is unique for Monmouth County,” Glick said. “The building could easily be divided into smaller warehouse and manufacturing spaces, with ample power and numerous loading docks. In addition, the land offers opportunities for future expansion. The previous owner was the Gannett news organization, which used the location to print and distribute the Asbury Park Press and other publications.”
Area highways providing quick access include routes 33, 9 and 18. In addition, the property is 10 miles from the Garden State Parkway and less than 15 miles from the New Jersey Turnpike.
The Saadia Group owns and manages more than 10 million square feet of commercial real estate across 25 properties in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
